ABOUT CATHARINE

After 15 years of acting, Catharine began working as an assistant director for some of South Africa's most talented directors.

In the last five years Catharine has taken off as a director of television dramas. She has directed countless episodes of acclaimed African and South African television shows and was nominated for Best Director at the SAFTA awards in 2012.

Catharine has now taken the natural step towards becoming a commercials director. Over the last couple of years she has worked with some big name clients like Sprite, Aldor, Jagal pharmaceuticals, Panadol, Glo Mobile and Access Bank.

When asked what she loves most about directing Catharine says she simply loves telling stories. Funny or sad, she's all about connecting with the audience.
